Sophie Allen

With a background in bioinformatics and genetics, Sophie’s current research focuses on quantifying evidence for variant interpretation in inherited cancers, as well as co-ordinating the CRUK-funded Cancer Gene MAVE (CG-MAVE) grant, and supporting operation of the Cancer Variant Interpretation Group UK (CanVIG-UK).
