Dr Natalia Serrano Aparicio

Natalia joined the ICR in September 2022 as a Postdoctoral Training Fellow in the In Silico Medicinal Chemistry Team and Centre for Protein Degradation (CPD). She holds an MSc and PhD in Theoretical Chemistry and Molecular Modelling from Universitat Jaume I (Spain), where she specialized in uncovering proteasome inhibition mechanisms by applying QM/MM modelling. Her current research focuses on Molecular Glue Degrader (MGD) design, being part of the next generation MGD library initiative at CPD, she generates computational models to drive degrader design.
