Our research Divisions are introducing mentoring for postdocs, drawing on current team leaders and postdoc alumni as sources of mentoring and careers advice.

Career Development Faculty and ICR Fellows

All members of Career Development Faculty and ICR Fellows are provided with an experienced member of Faculty as a mentor throughout the tenure process, as well as personal development programmes and improved guidance on the review process.

Scientific officer mentoring

We run a peer-mentoring scheme for scientific officers applying for promotion, pairing them with someone who has successfully gone through the process themselves and can provide advice and guidance.
