Set in one of the most picturesque cities in the world the Edinburgh Marathon is a hugely popular event with many runners choosing to take part again and again.
The ICR has guaranteed places in the Edinburgh Marathon and we'd be delighted to welcome you to our team.
Apply for a guaranteed place
To apply for one of our guaranteed places in the Edinburgh Marathon simply email the Sports Events Team with your details and an application pack will be send out to you.
In return for a guaranteed place, we ask that each runner pledges to raise £700 in sponsorship.
Other Edinburgh Runs
If the thought of a full marathon is too much then the ICR also has guaranteed places in the Hairy Haggis Relay and the Edinburgh Half Marathon. Both of which allow you to be part of the big day without having to run a full marathon!
