An additional aspect of our work is the development of cancer drug screens for cell cycle and apoptosis pathway targets. This includes the identification and validation of new targets developed within the lab or in collaboration with other Institute labs, including the Breakthrough Centre. Currently we are involved in designing assays for a variety of targets with oncogenic activity.
