Establishment of Predictive Genetic Testing for Cancer Predisposition Genes

We have established an international predictive testing service for analysis of mutations in the cancer-predisposition gene TP53. Studies of genomic rearrangements in Li Fraumeni families without coding TP53 mutations and the function of CHEK2 variants to determine pathogenicity for clinical use are ongoing.
