IT and Bioinformatics Facility
Facility manager: Dr Chris Richardson
The facility uses an extensive range of desktop, server and clustered IT resources. These are coupled with a constantly updated toolset of open source, commercial and in-house software for the analysis and interpretation of X-ray crystallographic and electron microscope data.
In combination with the Crystallography facility, the IT facility provides guidance on the use of bioinformatics and structural biology software.
