We will use your personal information to provide you with the types of services, products and information you have requested, to notify you of changes to our services, for administration and fundraising activities and to further our charitable aims. In respect of direct marketing, we will only use your personal information to send you information about The Institute’s services, products, offers and fundraising if you have consented to this.

Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

As indicated above, we may pass your information to our services providers, agents and associated organisations but will not otherwise pass your personal information to third parties. We do not sell, trade or rent personal information to any other organisations for fundraising purposes.

We may however need to disclose your information if required to do so by law.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by ICR on our servers. We will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

We will not associate your IP address with any other data held by ICR.
