Enterprise

The Enterprise Unit is the ICR’s technology transfer department. We are responsible for negotiating collaboration agreements between ICR Scientists and Industry, protecting and commercialising ICRs intellectual property.

The Enterprise Unit was established in 2000 and we are focused towards the ICR and the Royal Marsden mission to benefit patients by getting products to market that without industrial partners we would be unable to find the resources to do this. 

We have eight members of staff and based at 123 Old Brompton Road, Chelsea and in Sutton.

The Unit, in combination with the scientific team, will strive to gain the maximum potential from any arising opportunity. The Unit has the expertise in place to undertake all aspects of negotiations required when entering into any agreements with commercial organisations and can also advise on the best plan of action for anyone who is exploring the option of setting up a new company.
