Renew or request books

You can renew your books three ways

1. Use the library catalogue - Your username is the barcode on your library card, your pin is the last 4 digits of the barcode on your library card.
2. By phone - see contact details section below
3. In person at the library

Access our electronic journals

Institute of Cancer Research and Royal Marsden staff can access all the library's electronic journals, e-books and databases from anywhere by following the steps below:

ICR Staff

1. Go to https://ezproxy.icr.ac.uk
2. Enter your Novell username and password in the boxes on the screen.
3. Follow the links to use the library resources. You should be able to access all journals and databases without entering another password
4. If you close down your browser software then you will have to start at step 1 again.
5. If you encounter any problems with this process, please report them to EZPROXY@icr.ac.uk

RMH staff

Via Ezproxy password

1. 1. Go to https://ezproxy.icr.ac.uk
   2. Enter your Ezproxy username and password in the boxes on the screen Follow the links to use the library resources. You should be able to access all journals and databases without entering another password

Find out about Visiting the Library

The ICR libraries are open to visitors. The libraries can be found in the Brookes Lawley Building at the Sutton campus and in the Chester Beatty Laboratories at the Fulham Road, London, campus. The opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Only members of the SCONUL Research Extra scheme will be eligible to borrow books. Please contact us if you have any questions about visiting the library.
