Joint Annual Research Report 2010/11
This is a joint venture with our partner The Royal Marsden.
We highlight important achievements and significant progress in our joint mission to translate advances in cancer research into real benefits for patients with cancer around the world.
Highlights this year include:
- short films on our joint research strategy, the Centre for Molecular Pathology; and the huge success of abiraterone in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer
- audio slide presentations giving an overview of the Prostate Cancer Genetic Predisposition Programme; and some of the advances in radiotherapy that have helped to improve patient outcome
- articles on our cancer drug discovery and development activity; targeting BRAF and KIT mutations in melanoma; synthetic lethality in colorectal cancer; and the pioneering ‘active surveillance’ approach to managing prostate cancer
Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012
The ICR’s accounts for the financial year ended 31 July 2012 include the Report of the Board of Trustees, an Independent Auditors' Report, our statement of financial activities, balance sheets, cash flow and notes to the accounts.

We also produce audited annual accounts under the accounting requirements for higher education institutions.
