The ICR has around 1,100 staff and postgraduate students and annual income approaching £90 million.
Our current funding is broadly: HEFCE 32%, Cancer Research UK 25%, Breakthrough Breast Cancer 8%, Other Grants 26%, Investment Income 1%, Legacies and donations 8%.
To safeguard our position and to provide for our sustainable expansion we aim to continually increase and diversify our sources of income.
